5.2 inch Full HD display, Fingerprint scanner, 20MP main camera and aluminium alloy exterior gives premium feel to the Huawei’s recently launched android smartphone in India, the Honor 7. The device was released in China earlier in July this year with 3 different storage options, while in India it is launched with 16GB internal storage and priced at Rs.22999.

The Honor 7 comes with 5.2 inch 1080p IPS-NEO LCD display with 423 ppi and 76.7% screen-to-body ratio. All metal body smartphone’s rear panel encased in aluminium alloy dissipates heat unlike plastic covers. It is also equipped with Thermal Gel cooling system. It is powered by Octa Core Hisilicon Kirin 935, made up of a Quad Core Cortex-A53 clocked at 2.2GHz and a Quad Core Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.5GHz. For gaming it has Mali-T628 MP4 GPU. 16GB internal storage can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
The Honor 7 runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop along with EMUI 3.1 on top. It has 20MP (Sony IMX230 sensor) main camera with f/2.0 aperture, 6-lens module, sapphire glass and dual LED flash. 8MP front camera also features soft flash for selfies. There is multi-function fingerprint scanner below rear camera which allows user to scroll through images and click them. The handset also features Voice recognition that will let users wake up the phone, plus voice command can be used for locating your phone. The Smart Key on the honor 7 provides a simple and seamless user experience. Customisable, a single or double tap gives you fast access to pre-set apps and shortcuts and a long press leads you to Google Search and Google Voice.
In India, single sim variant of Honor 7 will be available in Mystery Gray and Fantasy Silver colors. It will be available from October 15, 2015 exclusively on Flipkart for Rs.22999
