US based InFocus has launched new smartphone in India, InFocus M680, priced at Rs.10999. The dual sim device has full metal body design with 5.5 inch Full HD display. The selfie-centric device with 13MP front camera will be available from December 21st, 2015 exclusively on Snapdeal. The phone will be available in Silver and Gold colors.
InFocus M680 Design, Build & Display
It has metal body design with dimensions of 156 X 76.8 X 7.25 mm and it weighs 158 grams. The M680 sports 5.5 inch Full HD 1080p display. Front panel is White in color and back panel color depends on variant, either Gold or Silver. On top there is 3.5mm audio jack with secondary noise cancellation mic and at the bottom there is speaker grill, primary mic and USB 2.0 port. On right side there is Power button and sim tray where as on left side there are volume buttons. Below the display there are 3 the navigation buttons which are NOT backlit and above the display there is LED notification light.
Hardware
It is powered by 64-bit 1.5 GHz Octa core MediaTek MT6753 coupled with Mali-T720 GPU and it has 2 GB RAM.
Software
The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with InFocus’s own InLife UI on top. It also supports gesture controls like – Turn over to reject call, Direct call and answer, Shake to play next song and more.
Storage
The device comes with 16 GB internal storage, out of which approx. 9 GB is available to user on first boot. It also supports microSD card up to 64 GB on second sim slot.
Sim and Connectivity
It has Hybrid sim slot (nano sim) and both sim can support 4G LTE (FDD LTE B-3, TDD LTE B-40). You can either use 2 sim cards or 1 sim card and a microSD card at a time. Other connectivity options include WiFi, WiFi HotSpot, Bluetooth, GPS, USB 2.0 and USB OTG is also supported.
Camera
The InFocus M680 has 13 megapixel autofocus (f/2.2) rear camera with Samsung 3M2 sensor, LED flash and 13 megapixel autofocus (f/2.2) front camera. Other camera features include HDR, Continuous shot, Self timer and Full HD video recording.
Battery
It has 2600 mAh non-removable battery which is of lower capacity considering it’s 5.5 inch Full HD display.
