Both devices can record Full HD 1080p video at 30 fps (MPEG4, H.264). According to specs on Motorola website, Moto G Turbo edition only supports 4G LTE Band 3 in India where as Moto G 3rd Generation supports both 4G LTE bands, Band 3 and Band 40. As Moto G Turbo edition has improved specs, gaming performance is much better compare to Moto G 3rd Generation. The Turbo edition also supports Fast Charging and Motorola provides Fast Charger in box.
